At Brisbane Property Lawyers, we're known for our down-to-earth, client-focused approach and high-quality property law advice. We're looking for a confident and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our North Brisbane team.

About the role

You'll work autonomously to manage a variety of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including:

  • Preparing contracts and standard letters
  • Managing key dates and liaising with all parties
  • Preparing PEXA workspaces and completing settlements
  • Communicating with clients, agents, banks, and solicitors
  • Ensuring matters are handled efficiently and professionally
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience
  • Confident running end-to-end conveyancing files
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Experience with LEAP or Triconvey software highly regarded, but not essential
  • Knowledge of PEXA and OSR Online preferred
