Horticulturist / Experienced Gardener

We are a small landscaping company based in Sydney's eastern suburbs seeking a Horticulturist or an experienced gardener on a casual basis.

The Ideal candidates will have:

• Landscape maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Commitment to safety
• A friendly and approachable manner
• A Full Driver's Licence

What your day will look like

• You will be responsible for performing general landscape garden maintenance tasks, which include lawn care, weeding, hedge trimming, pruning, and fertilising
• Assist with general labour duties, such as moving soil and mulch, as well as disposing of green waste
• Operate hand tools and machinery for various maintenance activities
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks and report on work progress as necessary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Horticulture or currently studying horticulture
• Construction White Card
• Working With Children Check, preferable or willing to obtain

Experience

• 3+ years in a landscape garden maintenance or a related role

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
