We're looking for experienced fibreglass boat builders and repairers/painter who are confident in all aspects of fibreglass repair, restoration, and refinishing on both boats and RVs.

You'll be working in a professional workshop environment alongside a supportive team, focusing on:

• Structural fibreglass repairs (hull and panel)
• Gelcoat repairs and colour matching
• Sanding, laminating, and polishing
• Repair and fabrication of fibreglass components
• Water damage and collision repair work
• Working with a variety of marine and caravan materials

Contractors are welcome — ideal for skilled tradespeople looking for flexible, ongoing work with consistent jobs.

• Proven experience in fibreglass repair/painting and construction (boats, RVs, or automotive)
• High attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Own tools preferred (but not essential)
• Commitment to safety and workmanship standards

• Competitive hourly rates: $45 to $65/hr (based on skill and experience)
