The Role
- Provide in-theatre clinical support for hip & knee arthroplasty procedures, ensuring correct use of implants and instruments
- Act as a clinical liaison between hospitals, surgeons, and product teams
- Deliver product training and education for clinical teams
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff
- Support the Sales Team with product knowledge and case coverage
About You
- Background in medical devices, pharma, nursing, or allied health (or strong interest in entering the industry)
- Passion for innovation and learning new surgical techniques
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-tech clinical environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
