The Role

  • Provide in-theatre clinical support for hip & knee arthroplasty procedures, ensuring correct use of implants and instruments
  • Act as a clinical liaison between hospitals, surgeons, and product teams
  • Deliver product training and education for clinical teams
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff
  • Support the Sales Team with product knowledge and case coverage

About You

  • Background in medical devices, pharma, nursing, or allied health (or strong interest in entering the industry)
  • Passion for innovation and learning new surgical techniques
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-tech clinical environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
