As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Field Technician Technician to join our VIC team. Someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working with modern technology, and values being part of a supportive team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and autonomy. You'll be installing and supporting high-quality fleet safety technology on some of the most recognised fleets while working closely with our Project Managers and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation of vehicle CCTV and Telematics systems
  • Diagnostics, fault-finding and technical support
  • Working closely with Project Managers to deliver smooth, professional installations
  • Completing job sheets and updating project progress accurately
  • Overseeing installation and maintenance work carried out by our contracted technicians
  • Delivering exceptional service and representing Active Fleet on customer sites
About You

You're experienced, technically capable, and take genuine pride in doing things properly.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in vehicle technology installations
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your day effectively
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
