APS is a premium service provider, offering a Superior Customer Service Experience and the main service center for major appliance brands in Perth.

Wages and entitlements, structured to attract skilled labour appropriately rewarded in line with qualifications, and experience.

We operate across all Perth Metro Areas providing warranty support for over 20 brands as well as services to the general public. Due to continued growth we are looking for technicians in all areas of Perth to join our team

About the role

The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.

Range of domestic appliances are: Washing Machines, Dryers, Ovens, Cooktops, Range hoods, Dishwashers & Fridges.

Your key responsibilities and experience:

Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner

Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues

Complete forms, service reports for repairs

Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction

Cash collection

1 + years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience

Current WA manual drivers license

good personal presentation is essential

Physically fit with the ability to lift and handle heavy objects as required

Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn new skills and concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
