At Flooring Xtra, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality flooring solutions. We're looking for a passionate Salesperson to join our team and drive success in our showroom.

What You'll Do

· Provide expert advice and outstanding customer service.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store success.

· Manage quotes, orders, and installations using our systems.

· Maintain showroom presentation and compliance with company standards.

· Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and ensure satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years retail sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Tech-savvy with Office 365 and POS systems.

· Ability to work flexible hours.

· Highly organised, proactive, and customer focused.
