We're seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Crows Nest store. This is a role where you'll be more than just a manager - you'll be a leader. You'll inspire, coach, and motivate your team of 5-8 to deliver outstanding results, while ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading from the front to deliver a standout customer experience
  • Supporting the Store Manager in driving KPIs, budgets, and sales targets
  • Building, training, and motivating a high-performing team
  • Managing rosters, payroll, and daily operations with attention to detail
  • Taking initiative, making decisions, and ensuring smooth execution on the floor

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in retail or a customer service environment (management exposure highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to lead and influence
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach - you love to be on the floor with your team
  • Confidence in managing KPIs, budgets, and store operations
  • A current driver's license
