The Practice

Our client is a medium sized architectural firm located on the fringe of the CBD. They have an amazing pipeline of committed projects that offers unrivalled security of employment. Upcoming projects range across Educational and Community-based architecture with budgets up to $50M in size.

The office has a young and engaged culture, that genuinely rewards the input of all staff. They mentor and train all staff, and have a reputation of promoting from within. This group offers the ability to accelerate your career like few others.

The Opportunity:

The practice currently seeks a mid-level Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.  This practice has a proven track record of promotion from within, so candidates interested in career progression within the organization are strongly encouraged to apply. 

To be Successful:

You will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years post graduate architectural experience;
  • Outstanding collaborative skills with the desire to work in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated experience working on projects with a civic or public focus;
  • Interest in career progression; and
  • Ideally, the ability to communicate design via both freehand sketching and digital means.
