Looking to earn good money and stay busy over summer?

We're chasing a few hands-on labourers to join our crew for the summer season, working across our civil and quarry sites in the Mansfield region.

You'll be helping with a mix of site clean-ups, general labouring, spotting machines, and supporting operators. It's a great chance to get outdoors, learn the ropes, and work with a down-to-earth local team.

What's on offer:


• Full-time hours Monday–Friday, with regular overtime available


• Casual role to start, with permanent opportunities for the right person


• Work with an experienced, supportive crew


• Variety of work across different sites


• Immediate start


• Great hourly rate (paid under our EBA)

What we're looking for:


• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn


• Physically fit and able to handle hands-on outdoor work


• Able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)


• White Card (required)


• Driver's licence and own transport


• Previous civil, construction or outdoor work experience is a bonus – but not essential
