Our Redcliffe WA Rental Branch is on the lookout for a Qualified Tyre Fitter Technician to take charge of our tyre and maintenance operations. If you're a certified Tyre Fitter with a knack for diagnostics, stock control, and workshop safety, this could be your next big move

About the Role:

As our go-to Tyre Fitter Technician, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of our tyre and maintenance department. From fitting and balancing tyres to managing stock and supplier relationships, you'll play a key role in keeping our motorhome fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. With a strong focus on cost reduction and sustainability, you'll help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fit and balance tyres for a wide range of motorhomes and 4WDs
  • Diagnose tyre wear, repair punctures, and resolve balancing issues
  • Minimise tyre wastage and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Order and manage tyre stock based on fleet activity
  • Ensure compliance with internal tyre policies and safety standards
  • Use computer systems to record work, stock, and tyre data
  • Maintain strong relationships with tyre suppliers and vendors

About You:

  • Cert II in Tyre Fitting (essential)
  • Experience with motorhomes or RVs (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of tyre fitting and maintenance procedures
  • Safety-focused with great attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
  • Comfortable using workshop systems and software
