A fantastic opportunity is available for experienced and self-motivated individuals to join the Growers Services service department in the role as Mechanical Technician. Roles are based in Mildura, Swan Hill, Ballarat, Berri, Renmark, Griffith, and Echuca.

The Technician will be responsible for Pre-Delivery and servicing of new and used tractors, Combines and general farm machinery, as well as preparing traded machines for sale. Serving existing clients needs as well as call outs for general servicing and breakdowns.

The Service Technician will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.

To be considered for the role applicants would need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

  • A proven work history in servicing and maintaining Case IH machinery
  • Previous experience as a Technician
  • Be trade qualified with demonstrated experience in the agricultural machinery industry
  • Completed specialist Case IH training an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to liaise with other staff and departments
  • Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to further develop our culture that promotes accountability, professionalism and teamwork which exceeds all customers' expectations
