As part of the $2.3 billion New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project, UGL is seeking a dedicated Stores & Warehouse Operator to join our team at the Kangy Angy maintenance facility, located on the NSW Central Coast. This role will be offered on a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours - 6 weeks of days (5 am - 3 pm) and 2 weeks of nights (7 pm - 5 am) rotating. 10 hours shifts. 

About Your Role:

In this role, you will manage parts and materials to support the delivery requirements of the Warehouse and ensure efficient operations through accurate tracking and coordination. This position is critical in maintaining interdepartmental relations and the timely movement of supplies to meet the needs of the New Intercity Fleet (NIF).

Key Responsibilities: 

Efficiently manage the movement of parts and materials within the warehouseMaintain accurate records of parts and supplies to track movements to and from suppliersCollaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment of delivery requirementsEnsure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment

About You:
 

A valid driver's licence and current forklift ticket – essentialExperience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good grasp of numeracy and literacyKnowledge of SAP systems – presfrfered  Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.RIW card is beneficial but not essential
