The Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Club Manager with the day-to-day running of the club and operations
• Servicing potential and new members via both phone related follow up and in person club tours
• Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using the Anytime 9 step sales process
• Promotion of the club within the community through lead generation activities both within the club and local outreach
• Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
• Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day

To thrive in this role, you'll need these required certificates:

• First Aid
• CPR
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check

About You

• Must have experience in completing call drives, driving lead generation, thrives on the hustle of getting a sale over the line and achieving set targets.
• Sales experience in a similar role is preferred
• With a passion for fitness and customer service
• Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
• Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships.
• Social media-savvy and understands how to use platforms to promote and grow a business.
