Employment Basis

Full-time, permanent (38 hours/week)

Remuneration

AUD 75, ,000 p.a. plus 12% superannuation, uniform allowance and access to on-site amenities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individual and group training programs for performance, dressage and jumping horses

• Monitor and record horse health, fitness and behavioural progress

• Conduct breaking-in, lunging, long-reining and ridden work

• Prepare horses for competition, sales and public demonstrations

• Maintain stable facilities, equipment and feed schedules in line with biosecurity protocols

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated certification in equine training or equine science

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a professional training yard

• Proficiency in classical and modern riding disciplines (dressage, showjumping, race-pace)

• Strong understanding of equine anatomy, nutrition and welfare standards

• Current NSW driver's licence and riding proficiency certificate
