Skills & Strengths & Style…

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation.
  • The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
  • A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference.
  • Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
