About the Role
As a Physiotherapist with Right at Home, you will:
- Provide safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to individualised care plans and reviews
- Deliver rehabilitation, mobility training, and exercise programs to support client goals
- Collaborate with clients, families, and the wider care team to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate, professional documentation in line with organisational and industry standards

Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Experience in community or aged care (preferred)
- Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP)
- Understanding of the Aged Care Act and relevant compliance requirements
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Australian driver's licence
