About Us

Light & Fury are the stadium graphics specialists. We work with the biggest sporting codes and teams in the country to electrify the stadium canvas. You'll have seen our work at State of Origin, Parramatta Eels game days and plenty of other major events. We're a small, tight team who care deeply about what we do and we love pushing the format forward. You can check out our work at

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven producer who thrives on bringing order to a fast moving creative environment. You'll be the person who makes sure projects run to plan and to budget, nothing slips through the cracks and everyone knows what they need to do. This is a part time role hours) with flexible hours. We'll need you in our Inner West studio for at least 60% of your time with the option to work from home too.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

What You'll Do

Project management

  • Keep projects on track by managing schedules, setting clear expectations, and tracking deliverables.
  • Communicate timelines and updates with clarity and empathy.
  • Work effectively with creative teams, understanding their workflows and thought processes.
  • Keep everyone informed with concise project updates and reports.
  • Proactively address challenges before they become roadblocks.
  • Manage job budgets effectively, tracking costs and ensuring projects remain profitable.

Production Support

  • Define and document clear processes for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure jobs are correctly resourced including booking freelancers.
  • Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with key production tasks like creating call sheets and coordinating logistics.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure productions run efficiently.
  • Stay on top of AI advancements and drive implementation.

Client relations

  • Act as the central coordination point, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients along with the creative director.
