Saints Anglican Church (Blakehurst & South Hurstville) has a strong history of Kids, Youth and Intergenerational Ministry, including the training and development of lay ministers, and the sending of vocational kids and youth ministers. We are seeking someone to continue and grow this vital ministry. The position is open to a theologically trained Youth Minister (5 days) or a current theological student, combining part-time study with ministry (MTS apprenticeship model), commencing January 2026.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A gospel-hearted vision for youth to know Jesus in our community.
  • Strong and developing pastoral, biblical teaching and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead, train and develop volunteers.
  • Capacity to contribute to and support a team-based ministry.
  • Potential for a 1-day paid SRE position in Blakehurst High School (separate interview).
