About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Maroochydore CBD office. If you're looking for remote or hybrid work, this is not for you. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team environment - keep reading

As part of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for:

Connecting with Clients – Bring your passion for helping others into a role where you can truly make a difference.

Supporting our Brokers – Help our brokers to deliver the best service to our clients, taking care of the back-end tasks and administrative tasks, while learning the foundations of Insurance Broking

Organising Like a Pro – Work with insurers, clients, and stakeholders to secure the best outcomes, even for the tricky situations

Building Long-Term Relationships – Foster trust and loyalty with clients, insurers, and stakeholders while delivering top-notch service.

Staying Ahead – Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and product updates to ensure the best advice every time.
