About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Roller Operator (16T)
to join a civil construction crew based in
Denman
. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven civil site experience looking for ongoing work with a strong team environment.
What You
ll Be Doing
- Operating a 16T roller on various civil projects
- Assisting with general labouring as required
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
- Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment
- Adhering to all site safety procedures and company policies
What You
ll Need
- HR Licence (Essential)
- Roller Ticket / VOC
- Previous civil construction experience
- White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
What

- Excellent hourly rate: $41.50/hr + penalties
- Monday to Friday roster consistent hours
- Super paid on all base hours
