Builders Laborer

· About Us - We are currently looking to employ a builder's laborer / trades assistant for work on Domestic building sites. We are a small custom home building business that works in the middle and inner suburbs of Melbourne. Currently we have about Months of work in Albert Park.

· Job Description - Assist builder's employees and trades in the undertaking and completion of site building works. You will be involved with activities right though the course of a project from site establishment, demolition, ground works, framing, cladding, fix, flooring and finishing activities on a project. There will be a broad range of activities you will be involved with and an opportunity to widen your skills and knowledge. General Labouring activities including materials handling, site clean and taking deliveries.

· Driving – Candidate must hold a current driver's license and have use of own vehicle to get to and from work each day.

· Tools – Candidate is to provide own basic hand tools.

· Working Hours – Monday to Friday 7.00am – 3.30pm with Half Hour Lunch Break.
