Our outstanding, highly engineered products are at the forefront of technology and design, providing new garage door styles to our Panel Doors, Insulated Doors, Industrial Shutters, and Custom Garage Doors. Due to an increase in demand and the release of new products, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Despatch/Factory staff to join our top-performing team on a Casual basis in our young team in Perth.
In this role, we require the person to work on the roller door line as well, and all the needed trainings are available.
In this role you might be expected to work overtime on a regular basis during the week, and also, on the weekends [mainly Saturdays] for which you will be paid at the applicable overtime rates.
The candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 2yrs experience working as a factory environment
- Physically fit
- Forklift license is necessary
- MR license is an advantage
- Punctual, reliable, eager and efficient
- Must be well presented, polite and honest
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as well
- Australian legal working right
Duties:
- Loading and unloading of stock
- Picking and packing the products for our installers on a daily basis
- Assembling of roller doors (Training is available)
- Moving products and materials around the warehouse in a safe manner
- Operating a Forklift on a regular basis
- Ability to read and understand the orders received
- Use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
