You'll be able to put your skills to use with some of the sectors most dedicated and celebrated social care professionals, those who do their job for a purpose that we all believe in. Not only that but you'll be able to focus on developing relationships and provide HR and ER support to a specific region, allowing you to get to know the staff and understand the specific culture and support needs.

You'll work closely with our team of HR BP's and be supported by General Managers with over 30 years of combined service with AV, as well as a P&C Team specialising in everything from Talent Acquisition and Learning to OH&S and Wellbeing.

• The total remuneration package of $138, ,298.21 salary + $14,795.79 super). Hourly rate $62.40.
• This is a full time permanent role offering but if you are after part time just let us know when you apply.
• As a Not For Profit AV also offer salary packaging helping you significantly increase your take home pay.

There will be a 2 step interview process, the 1st interview is with our General Managers – HR Business Partnering 29th or 30th December and a more informal discussion with the Divisional Director with whom you would work.
