  • Follow rational menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings

  • Prepare and polish dishes before they reach the customer

  • Main high standards in organising and keeping the stations clean at all times

  • Maintain HACCP records

  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar role

  • Manage to cook dishes by following recipes in a timely manner

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of international cuisines and ability to follow recipes

  • Experience working with modern kitchen equipment

  • Culinary-related education or certificate
