Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled A-Grade Electrician with solar and battery accreditation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in installing solar systems and will lead their own team, including apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic systems and EV infrastructure for both commercial and residential projects.

• Lead a team, providing guidance and support to apprentices.

• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to clients.

• Collaborate with the BASCON team to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• A-Grade Electrical License.

• Accredited in both solar and battery systems.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar installation.

• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring apprentices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
