We are looking for a motivated Finance Broker to join our Wayville office. While this role is office-based, there is flexibility to work as required, for client meetings, networking, and business development.

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in residential lending (banking or broking)
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Strong understanding of the lending landscape and compliance requirements
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and able to manage a pipeline effectively
• Ability to leverage and expand a client network to drive business growth
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
