Electrician - Wetherill Park | 62/hr + Allowances

Join a leading dairy manufacturer producing flavored milk, custard, and other products. We're seeking a motivated Electrician ready to grow into a leadership role.
We're looking for a hands-on Electrician to join our Wetherill Park site. You'll be part of a dynamic maintenance team supporting a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a long-term opportunity with clear pathways for career progression as the site prepares for generational change in its workforce.
Responsibilities:- Daily relationship-building with operators at shift start
- Fault-finding and issue resolution using MEX software
Routine maintenance tasks including:
Boiler checks
- Standard Job equipment inspections
- LOTO procedures
- Participate in buddy system with Maintenance Fitters
- Attend Induction, Quality, and Safety training
- 2-week initial training on day shift
- A proactive attitude - this is the #1 ingredient for success
- Someone early in their career, eager to step up in the next few years
- FMCG experience preferred
- Willingness to grow into leadership roles - we promote from within
Shifts:
3-1-3 rotating pattern
- Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:15pm
- Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:15am
- 7 days off between D → N | 8 days off between N → D
