Join us as an Educator to build on your expertise working in Childcare, working as a key member in our warm and supportive team. You'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to the Aurrum Kids curriculum in collaboration with our Early Childhood Teachers and Educational Leader. Full-Time and Casual positions available.

You will

  • Foster meaningful relationships with the children, families, fellow Educators, and the wider centre community
  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program in line with best practice
  • Observe children's strengths, development needs, interests and play and create personalised learning opportunities catered to these
  • Document children's learning and development, sharing information and key milestones with families

About you

You'll be able to create a warm and welcoming environment and share your passion for caring for children and supporting their learning. You will be committed to developing your own expertise, making a difference in early years learning, and working closely with other team members to provide an excellent experience for Aurrum children.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA recognised equivalent
  • A practical understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
  • An up to date working with children check (WWCC) and children protection certificate, or willingness to obtain
