Awesome Gym Inc. is looking for mid-level and senior CSS/HTML developer to help us build beautiful interactive sites and experiences.

Ideally, you will be based in New Zealand or Australia, however if you are awesome then we can ride the timezones with little issue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with CSS/HTML
  • Proven experience building interactive sites for multiple browsers and devices, including cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Understanding of best practices using structured CSS systems  
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS
  • An eye and passion for detail and a hunger to achieve the best results
  • Experience working at a digital production company or advertising agency
  • Ability to demonstrate and communicate your knowledge

Bonus Points

  • Understanding of CSS browser rendering performance considerations
  • Coding experience with JavaScript
  • Some backend knowledge: , Python, RoR. PHP/MySQL, etc
  • Proficiency with package managers and task runners (such as npm, grunt and gulp)
