Are you passionate about education and eager to have an impact on high school students in the Southern Brisbane/Logan area or North Brisbane? We are looking for a super star trainer who can coach and support year 10, 11 & 12 students in High Schools to inspire and motivate. You will do this by delivering a Diploma of Business (face to face) using your real-life recent management experience to bring the subject matter alive for the students. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and support students, helping them to grow as individuals, develop leadership skills and achieve success in their education and future careers.

You will have a PASSION for learning and a desire to work as part of a friendly team within a fast-paced environment. We foster a culture of commitment and ambition and want you to be apart of it The 1st position will require daily travel throughout the South of Brisbane and surrounding areas, the other position will be on the Northside of Brisbane.

Fast Facts About The Role:

  • It will involve both face to face delivery and virtual delivery within high schools, and marking assessments.
  • Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is essential
  • Contract or casual position.
  • Based in the Brisbane area, QLD.
  • This role will commence in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging content aligned with the program & to maximise student engagement
  • Provide outstanding education, mentoring and training to all students.
  • Guide students in developing skills and pursuing careers they are passionate about.
  • Continually revise and refine content for continuous improvement.

To Be Successful You Will Need To Have:

  • The ability to engage and motivate students
  • Diploma of Business (or equivalent)
  • TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Must be available between Tuesday and Thursday
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with learning management systems
  • 2-3 years recent management experience
  • A current Blue Card or willingness to apply for one
  • A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • The ability to deliver to small and large groups, and adjust your communication style to suit the learning style of students
  • Have a passion for education and a commitment to professional development
