Skilled Metal Worker / Steel Fabricator

We are looking for a motivated metal worker / steel fabricator to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will be involved in site measuring, fabricating, and erecting structural steel within the residential housing sector. This includes moving from villa to villa, completing steelwork as required, and working closely in a two-person team alongside an experienced boilermaker.
This role is hands-on, diverse, and will suit someone who enjoys both mental and physical challenges—not staring at the same walls day in, day out.
Tools are supplied, and any required training will be provided.
What We Offer
Above-award pay (Salary + Bonuses + Travel Allowance + Superannuation + Annual Leave)
Weekly salary range: $1,000 – $1,250 net + bonuses
Travel bonus
Job completion bonus $$
7am – 3pm workday (hours may vary)

What We're Looking For
- Practical skills in the metal working / fabrication industry
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable attitude
- Strong team player
- Driver's Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
