Join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, consumers, and carers, supporting optimal health outcomes across a variety of clinical settings. This rotational role offers the opportunity to develop and refine your clinical skills through structured mentoring and peer learning. Rotations may include the Community Transitional Aged Care Program, where you'll support clients post-discharge in their homes to enhance independence and safety; Acute Care, providing evidence-based therapy in inpatient settings as part of a multidisciplinary team; and Inpatient Rehabilitation, where you'll contribute to therapy, goal-setting, and discharge planning.

What you will bring to the role
- Eligibility for registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA, and completing the final semester of a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or within 12 months of graduation from an entry level Occupational Therapy program at time of application.
- Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal communication with consumers, teams and agencies, with experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy practice and the provision of services to a broad range of consumer groups, including consumers in a hospital setting, community setting and/or within adult mental health.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of relevant evidence based practice resources to guide decision-making and commitment to quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in self-directed learning and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
