What you'll be doing
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre
What we're looking for
- Certificate III or Diploma Trained Educators or equivalent qualification
- Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Working with Children Check

Locations
We have opportunities at our Niagara Park and Terrigal locations
Little Miracles Niagara Park caters for up to 98 children across 5 different dynamic rooms, offering age appropriate care and support for each age group. With a focus on positive communication, this centre prioritizes the ongoing development of each educator, specifically through Gallup CliftonStrengths training.
Little Miracles Terrigal is a boutique childcare centre, with a close knit staff family, who work together to support each child that comes into care. As our longest running centre, it is well established within the community and has successfully supported many educators through their traineeship.
