The Springfield Anglican College (TSAC) is a coeducational Kindergarten to Year 12 school with an enrolment of approximately 1200 students. TSAC is a leading independent school in the rapidly developing growth corridor of greater South West Brisbane, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for a passionate and innovative Secondary Teacher of Design and Industrial Technology Skills to join our dedicated secondary teaching team. You will be skilled in teaching design and hands-on industrial technologies such as woodwork, CAD, and/or digital fabrication. You will work with students from Years 7–12, helping them to develop both technical skills and creative confidence.

This is a Full Time (1.0 FTE) fixed term position for Term 1 , commencing 19 January 2026 to 2 April 2026. You will have a strong understanding of safe workshop practices and risk management along with a genuine passion for planning and delivering innovative teaching practices in a technologically focused environment.

The successful candidate will have Queensland College of Teachers registration and demonstrated experience in delivering the national and QCAA curriculum in Design and Industrial Technology Skills along with teaching design, workshop, or industrial technology subjects at a secondary level. Your strong expertise in planning and delivering Design and ITS curriculum will translate to high quality learning outcomes for students. Graduate teachers welcome to apply.
