About the Role

As an Asset Manager at Fiveight, you will play a pivotal role in the active and prudent management of our diverse portfolio of real estate investment assets. Collaborating on the overall performance of the Fiveight portfolio, you will be responsible for maximizing income and value, managing and mitigating risks, and contributing to the strategic and sustainable direction of our holdings and make a positive impact to the communities in which we operate.  

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Asset management: Actively and prudently manage the assigned portfolio of investment assets within the Fiveight real estate portfolio.
  • Drive asset performance: Maximize income and value throughout the portfolio, manage and minimize risks to enhance asset performance and contribute to the strategic and sustainable direction of the portfolio.
  • Influence and Negotiation: Possess the ability to effectively influence and negotiate outcomes that significantly enhance the value of the portfolio.
  • ESG Commitment: Showcase a commitment to business problem-solving aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, reflecting our dedication to responsible and ethical practices.

About you

Here are the strengths you possess and the background you'll need to be successful:

  • Educational Background: Hold tertiary qualification(s) in property and/or finance or related fields, or demonstrate equivalent property-related experience essential for this role.
  • Previous Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record in asset management or related roles, with accountability for asset, portfolio, and property management across various commercial asset classes (office, retail, industrial).
