Rielle Building is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team in the lower north shore and Northern beaches. As a full-time Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, and maintenance of various building structures and components. What you'll be doing

• Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine the required materials and construction methods
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structures, including walls, floors, stairs, and roofs
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other building components
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on existing structures
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Formal trade qualification in Carpentry, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter in the building industry
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
