As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team and support our operations with data-driven insights.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, optimising, and streamlining our supply chain and logistics operations. You will work closely with operations, transport, and warehousing teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure service excellence for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data (freight volumes, costs, delivery performance, etc.).
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory analysis.
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to enhance process efficiency.
  • Provide insights to support KPI tracking, including on-time delivery and service quality.
  • Support strategic supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, or analyst role (freight forwarding/3PL experience highly regarded).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems, ERP, or TMS software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
