Replenishment Planner

We are seeking an organised, analytical, and motivated Inventory & Replenishment Planner to join our Sydney-based Supply Chain Team on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across multiple product categories, managing forecasting, replenishment, and purchasing to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory and waste.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels across multiple warehouses and product categories.
• Forecast demand using sales trends, seasonality, and promotional activity.
• Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
• Analyse inventory KPIs including stock turns, fill rate, and aged stock.
• Maintain accurate data and parameters in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, or NetSuite).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics to achieve service and efficiency targets.
• Identify areas for process improvement in inventory control and planning.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain, ideally within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Pronto, NetSuite or equivalent).
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities across departments.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
