About The Role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our team by building strong relationships with customers and consistently delivering outstanding service.

You'll lead by example, thriving in an environment where exceptional customer care is our top priority. With your passion for helping others, you'll contribute to team goals and challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve excellence every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their product needs, answering questions, and offering helpful recommendations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued while shopping.
  • Maintain a well-organized store by restocking shelves, keeping displays neat, and ensuring the store always looks its best.
  • Process transactions efficiently at the register, handling cash and card payments with accuracy.
