Located in Bathurst NSW, St Catherine's is our 130-bed residential aged care home, and we are currently seeking an experienced Residential Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. If you are a dedicated aged care professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering person-centred care, we'd love to hear from you.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 130 bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a full master roster, and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on operational and clinical leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.

You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
• Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 5 years of highly relevant employment experience in nurse leadership / management roles
• In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes
• Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
• A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellence communication skills
