Are you looking to kickstart or grow your career in the stonemasonry industry? Lake Marble, a fast growing kitchen benchtop customization and installation service in Sydney, is looking for a Stonemason Fabricators & Installers to join our skilled team

About the Role:

As a Stonemason, you will support our experienced stonemasons in cutting, polishing, glueing and installing high-quality stone benchtops. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and installation of natural and engineered stone on residential and commercial projects
  • Cutting, polishing, edging and shaping stone materials with different types of machinery and hand tools;
  • Polishing, edging, glueing and finishing stone surfaces
  • Packing stone & slabs onto A frames in preparation for delivery
  • Installing benchtops in residential and commercial settings
  • Ensuring precise measurements and seamless installations
  • Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in stonemason fabrication and installation required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
  • Proficiency in using stone-cutting and polishing equipment
  • Physical fitness to lift and handle stone materials
  • Strong attention to details
  • Must have a current white card
  • A valid driver's license & forklift licence is an advantage but not essential

What We Offer:

  • Starting Rate - $30 - $40 per hr Plus Super based on experience
