We are a boutique bookkeeping practice who provide Financial Intermediary support to NDIS Participants. Our clients are based all over Australia, and we provide a prompt personalized remote service. We have a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for our clients and helping our clients achieve their NDIS goals.

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Administration background, preferably with a minimum of 1yr Insurance or Accounts Payable experience. This is a permanent part-time position with paid leave and super.

The position is located in Burnside (near Nambour Tafe). Hours of work are 9am to 2pm Monday to Wednesday. The hours of work are school hours and may be ideal for someone looking for work life balance.

About the role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team. You will cover the end-to-end duties of Plan Management. This includes processing disability insurance claims, monitoring plan budgets and liaising with participants and external stakeholders. Full on the job training will be provided. Our ideal candidate will have close attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
