Currumbin RSL is looking for an experienced Barista to join our busy, bustling cafe.

We are a popular, recently renovated venue with fantastic facilities for everyone to enjoy. Everything you'd come to expect from an outstanding Queensland venue. Great, friendly service, entertainment and exceptional food and beverage.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a great team mindset and be comfortable working in a large busy venue.

Key criteria:

Must have experience in making a variety of coffees to a professional standard

Provide amazing customer service with experience in basic food preparation

Possess a warm and friendly disposition to ensure each customer feels welcome every time

Enjoy working with others in a busy team environment

Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.

Maintain venue standards consistently delivering quality products and service

Ensure venue policies, procedures and standards are followed

Essential requirements:

  • QLD RSA

High standard of personal presentation and communication

  • Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure
