• Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and passionate Local MC Driver to become a key part of the team in Mackay. We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.
• What You Will Be Doing:
• Position: Full-Time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday | 7am start
• Key Responsibilities:
• Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight
• Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full
• Work in a steady paced environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy
• Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
What You Need:
This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, predictable work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision and consistency.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must hold a current MC Driver's Licence
• Forklift Licence & Experience is desirable but not mandatory
• A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
