Sirv is looking for Disability Support Specialists who are passionate about Participant outcomes and have experience dealing with high-needs Participant providing complex care.

As a Disability Support Specialist at SIRV, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of personalized and goal-oriented services. This role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, promoting community participation, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. What we require from you:


• NDIS Worker Screening Check/ First aid and CPR certificate


• Driver's license, reliable transport, and Comprehensive Insurance


• Certificate III or 1+ years of paid experience


• Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
