Top Blokes Foundation is one of Australia's leading organisations for young men's mental health and well-being. We work directly with boys and young men aged 10–24 through evidence-based mentoring programs that build resilience, respect, and emotional intelligence.

As a Top Blokes mentor, you will deliver our 3-6 month mentoring programs to hundreds of young males at their schools and places of work. You will be trained on the Top Blokes program content and be able to add your lived experiences to connect with the program participants.

Essential Criteria:

· Minimum of a Certificate IV in Youth Work or related field

· Current driver's license and reliable car

· Current Working with Children's Check or ability to obtain one

· Valid Police Check or ability to obtain one
