Mowing Equipment Delivery Driver

About the role
As a Mowing Equipment Delivery Driver at Hinterland Mowers Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our premium mowing equipment to customers across the South East Queensland region. This full-time position is an integral part of our supply chain operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles to transport mowing equipment to and from customer locations
- Efficiently plan and execute delivery routes to meet customer expectations
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure the proper handling of all equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering a professional and courteous experience
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate any issues or concerns to the logistics team
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment as needed
- Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance regulations
What we're looking for
- Valid MR driver's licence, Forklift licence and experience operating delivery vehicles
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a small team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Physical fitness to handle the loading and unloading of equipment
- Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with region
- You will be required to work Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm) plus every 2nd Saturday (8am to 12pm).
Wages will be negotiated at the time of interview depending on experience.
