Casual MR driver required

Casual MR driver who can drive manual, starting off at 3-4 days a week which can lead to full time work for right applicant. One day on the weekend will be required to work each week as our contract is a 7 day a week service. Days of the week and the one day on the weekend can be flexible if needed and change to suit you week to week creating a better work life balance.

You will be paid a guaranteed day rate as well as superannuation and covered by all insurances and workers compensation.

The role is to assist with the removal of old white goods from our busy warehouse/offsite yard to a scrap metal dealer to ensure the proper recycling of degassed fridges and old washers, dishwashers and dryers.

Each day will comprise of loading and unloading old white goods using appliance trolley and tail lift to load truck. Driving to and from the pick up and drop off points in Marsden Park, Berkshire Park and St Marys. Our MR trucks are either a 8 or 10 pallet manual pantech with tail lift.

Must have a good driving record and previous experience in a similar role a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
