We are looking for a driven and experienced Survey Technician to join our team at Road Construction Surveys. The role is primarily field-based in the greater western Melbourne region, with great opportunities to progress to office-based work using AutoCAD (Civil3D).

RCS has been operating for over 30 years within the engineering surveying sector, and comprises of a team of seasoned Construction Surveyors with a cumulative experience exceeding 100 years within the construction industry. We enjoy training highly motivated and ambitious individuals to reach their full potential and have a great track record of doing so, with some of our oldest surveyors being trained from the ground up and working with us for 20+ years.

The role will primarily involve in-field setout of construction elements using surveying equipment such as Trimble total stations and GNSS systems. Experience with Trimble/Leica equipment and software (Trimble access, 12d) is preferred but not required.

  • Have great communication skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Certificate IV in Surveying
  • White card
  • Experience within the civil construction industry
  • Full drivers licence
